Sound is a natural language that the body understands more deeply than words

I found my way to gong and sound work at a time when I myself needed a space of calm and support. Gradually I discovered how deeply sound can affect body and mind, and how naturally it can guide us back to ourselves.

My path to this work was not a direct one. I studied humanities at Charles University and spent several years living abroad, first in Toulouse in France and later in London. I worked in international companies within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, where I regularly encountered questions of health, care and supporting people through challenging life situations. Over time this led me towards a deeper search and towards more natural ways of caring for both body and mind.

I believe in the wisdom of the body and in its natural ability to restore itself when given the right conditions, space and attention.

I had already encountered the healing qualities of sound during my travels. In Australia I had the opportunity to experience traditional instruments used by Indigenous communities and their work with sound. In Thailand I was deeply touched by the presence of gongs in temple spaces and by my first experience with singing bowls. These moments stayed with me and gradually led me towards deeper study and my own practice.

In recent years I have completed professional seminars and training in music therapy and in playing the gong and other therapeutic instruments. An important part of my professional path is also my qualification as a bereavement counsellor, which has deepened my sensitive approach to human experience and to working with a person's inner space.

I feel close to aromatherapy, working with natural remedies and cultivating a conscious connection with the body and with nature. A powerful experience for me was also encountering the therapeutic presence of animals, especially alpacas. Their calm presence and gentle nature can naturally bring a person into stillness and help them reconnect with themselves. All of these experiences naturally shape the way I guide each session.

Movement and time spent in nature are a natural part of my life. Yoga, skiing and cycling help me maintain balance and awareness of my own body.

I guide each session with respect, kindness and trust in the body's innate wisdom, with the understanding that it knows exactly what it needs. This is the space I now hold for others.
