How does a gong bath work?

Sound is a natural language that speaks directly to the body, without any further words.

The healing sound of the gong and other instruments

A gong bath is a calm sound experience during which you rest comfortably and allow the vibrations of the gong and other harmonising instruments to gently move through the body.

Sound is not perceived only through hearing but through the whole body. Gentle vibrations gradually release tension, calm the mind and harmonise the body's internal processes.

Sound supports regeneration and a sense of inner calm. Everything unfolds naturally as the body attunes itself to balance at its own pace.

During the session I use the gong, Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes and other instruments that create rich layers of sound. Each instrument brings a different quality of sound, from deep resonances to delicate tones, together forming an ever changing soundscape.

Many people experience improved sleep, greater mental clarity or a sense of emotional lightness after a gong bath. The session may support concentration, rest and overall emotional balance.

A session usually consists of three parts: a short opening attunement, the sound bath itself experienced while lying down, and a gentle closing integration before returning to everyday awareness.

Each gong bath unfolds in its own unique way and respects the individual's current needs and inner pace.

Everyone leaves with exactly what is beneficial for them at that moment.
